I bought a deal for a cake decorating class from Sweet Wise and immediately started trying to schedule the class. I called the number on the deal instructions and the number on their website for more than a month. No one ever answered, no matter what time of day or evening I tried, weekdays or weekends. I left messages and never received a call back. I posted a message on their Facebook page, and finally received an answer on Facebook over a month after I posted it. By that time, I had already gotten a refund for the deal since they seemed to be a shady company who takes the money and runs. Maybe they aren’t actually crooked, but the best case scenario is that they are extremely irresponsible and have no regard for their customers.
