June 20, 2014McKay Books’ selection of media is truly great. I’m strictly a buyer – I never trade in my books or other media, so I can’t speak to their trade in policies. Where they have failed me is in customer service. I believe I left something at their counter when I was last there and have been trying to call them for the last week. They don’t take direct phone calls, instead prompting you to leave a message for a call back within 3 days. I’ve called multiple times within the last week and have yet to be graced with the courtesy of a return call.
