These yummy shooters are definitely not low fat, although you can decrease the calories by using a skim milk or something similar. They taste just like Key Lime Pie in a glass!
Key Lime Pie Shooter
Equal Parts:
Licor 43
Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice
Milk
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well until the milk is frothy. Strain into a rocks glass for sipping or into shooter cups for shooters.
Note: It is important to make this drink with Licor 43, which can unfortunately be difficult to find in some areas. This is a picture of the bottle, and I have linked to the Licor 43 website so you can read about it.
