Change

Sometimes you sense a change or an end coming and it worries you or makes you sad. Then when it finally comes, you instead find a sense of relief, like a source of great stress has been lifted and you find you are actually happier than before. Recognizing when we need to embrace a change rather than struggle against it is hard, but important.
